Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of windnext.energy ("the website"), run by WindNext, vetrna energija, d.o.o. ("WindNext", "we"). By using the website you accept them.

1. Information only

The website gives general information about WindNext and its technology. It is not an offer, a quote or a binding promise. Products, prices, timelines and technical data can change. A contract only exists once WindNext and you sign a written agreement. We take care to keep the content correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or current.

2. The wind farm map and other estimates

The figures on the wind farm map and elsewhere on the website, including additional MWh per year, rotor counts, household equivalents and screening results, are indicative desktop estimates. They are based on public wind and terrain data, with no site visit or measurement. The real yield depends on micro-siting, wake effects, grid capacity, permitting and other site factors. The uncertainty is roughly ±25-30%, and in some cases more.

• The estimates are not an offer, a yield guarantee or a commitment by WindNext.
• Do not use them for investment, financing or permit decisions. Only a site study can do that.
• Wind farm names, locations and operators on the map come from public sources, mainly OpenStreetMap, and may be incomplete or out of date. Showing a wind farm does not mean that its operator works with WindNext. If you see an error, tell us at info@windnext.energy.

3. Forward-looking statements

This website contains statements about WindNext's plans and expectations, including first projects, the type certificate and first deliveries in 2028, pilot projects, and estimated energy yield and costs. These statements reflect our current view. They depend on testing, certification, financing, partners and site conditions, so actual results may differ. We do not undertake to update them.

4. Intellectual property and trademarks

The texts, diagrams, illustrations, layout and code of this website are protected by copyright and belong to WindNext or its licensors. You may view the website and print or save pages for your own information. Any other use, such as copying, publishing or changing our content, needs our written permission. Third-party data and software keep their own licences; see Licences and credits.

WindNext and the WindNext logo are trademarks of WindNext, vetrna energija, d.o.o. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to WindNext accurately.

5. Links to other websites

We link to other websites, for example data sources and partners. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse a website.

6. Liability

We provide the website "as is". Under the Slovenian Obligations Code (OZ), WindNext is liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, WindNext is not liable for the content of this website or for the estimates on the wind farm map, which are for information only.

7. Changes

We may change these terms and the website at any time. The version published here applies.

8. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Slovenian law. The courts in Nova Gorica, Slovenia, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
